going off recollections of conversations about 'Days of our lives' in high school, I think the character's name is Samantha (there's so much inbreeding it hardly matters). Samantha at the height of a rivetting soliloquy:

"I don't handle drama very well!"

I doubt even James E Riley (Passions) could rival that

So if I had to choose between watching Days and listening to an enthralling speech National Press Club Address about the history of statistics in Australia...hey, at least statisticians have always had bi-partisan support.
